TBP Productions, LLP, doing business as School Newspapers Online, provides site setup, hosting, and consulting services to customers. Included in this service is the registration of a domain name, 1 year of hosting service from a third party provider of TBP Production’s choice, installation and configuration of a content management system, and access to an online training manual and support.
Customers must renew their account with TBP Productions on an annual basis in order to maintain service. Domain renewal fees are included in the annual hosting fee. Domain transfer may be requested by contacting TBP Productions at orders@schoolnewspapersonline.com. TBP Productions reserves the right to charge an administrative fee to service a domain transfer request.
TBP Productions does not sell or license software or applications.
The customer agrees to remove all sample images supplied with the initial site setup. The customer also agrees to leave the html link to www.schoolnewspapersonline.com in the site’s footer.
TBP Productions is not liable for any of the content published on a customer’s site. Any security risks including, but not limited to, hacking, phishing and information piracy are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any trademarks, code, and/or data is directly owned by the respective copyright holders.
The customer will be required to pay all court costs and legal expenses for all actions resulting in a breach of this agreement and those actions that result in legal proceedings.
