This add-on gives you the ability to create up to 50 email accounts at your domain name for you and your staff. For example, you could have the email address adviser@yournewspaper.com or studentname@yournewspaper.com.

Included with this add-on is a setup of Google Docs on your domain that gives you the ability to use collaborative web-based word processing documents and spreadsheets. Students can write their stories from any Internet-connected computer, and they can easily share them with their editors and their adviser.

Your students will never have to email attachments or fumble with data CDs or flash drives. In addition, you will never have to worry about having multiple versions of stories. Your entire staff can work collaboratively on the same document at the same time from different computers –– anyone who opens a document will automatically be working on the most recent version.
